What Payment Methods Do We Accept?

Bling Girl Online (Pty) Ltd aims to provide customers with a safe, convenient, and reliable online shopping experience.

Bling Girl takes reasonable steps to protect customers when making online payments through the website.

Card payments are processed through secure online payment facilities. Your card information is not stored on the Bling Girl website or server after the purchase has been completed. Bling Girl’s Security Policy states that card transactions are 3D-Secure authenticated and PCI DSS compliant.

For additional security, customers may be required to complete bank verification, 3D Secure, OTP, or other authentication steps during checkout.

Payment Currency

All transactions on the Bling Girl website are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

The merchant outlet country is South Africa, and the website offering is available to South African customers. Bling Girl’s card payment terms state that the transaction currency is South African Rand.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, Bling Girl will process and dispatch orders within the stated delivery timeframes on the website. Bling Girl’s website states that orders are generally dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment, stock dependent.

Payment Verification

In some cases, Bling Girl may request additional information to verify or authorise a payment.

This may happen where:

  • Payment verification is required by the bank or payment provider
  • The payment appears unusual or high-risk
  • Additional fraud-prevention checks are required
  • The billing and delivery details require confirmation

If the required verification is not received, Bling Girl may withhold delivery or cancel the order. Bling Girl’s Terms and Conditions state that the business may withhold delivery until additional payment authorisation information is received.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, unsuccessful, cancelled, or not authorised, your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

Customers must ensure that:

  • The card or account used for payment is valid
  • Sufficient funds are available
  • The correct card details are entered
  • Any OTP, banking app approval, or 3D Secure step is completed
  • The payment is made by the authorised account or cardholder

By making a purchase on the website, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds are available for the transaction.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

If an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, Bling Girl will process a refund according to the applicable cancellation, returns, and refund policies.

Bling Girl’s card payment terms state that where goods or services are unavailable, Bling Girl Online will refund the client in full within 14 days. They also state that cancellation of orders by the customer may attract a 3% administration fee.

Customer Details and Card Details

Customer details are stored separately from card details.

Card details are entered directly through the secure payment process and are not stored on the Bling Girl website after the transaction has been completed. Bling Girl’s card payment terms also state that customer details are stored separately from card details entered on the secure payment site.
